Your convention, correct in front of collectors

VerseDB is where comic collectors track what they own and what they are reading. Your show is already listed here. Claiming it makes the dates, venue, guests and exclusives yours to keep right.

Announce a guest, reach their readers

Add a creator to your guest list and everyone following them on VerseDB hears about it — with their bibliography attached.

Exclusives that collectors can find

Con exclusives become real variant records, attached to the issue and the series, not a line in a press release.

Correct a date the moment it changes

Postponed, moved or cancelled — change it once and everyone following your show is told.

Questions

What do I get for claiming my organization?
Your dates, venue and status become yours to correct, and your listing is marked verified in front of collectors. Announcing a guest notifies every VerseDB user who follows that creator, with their bibliography attached.
What proof do you need?
One document naming your organization — a business registration, government license, trademark registration, signed venue contract, or a certificate of event insurance. If you are not the owner or an executive, we also need an authorization letter.
Is this a ticketing or vendor platform?
No. Keep using whatever you run your show on. This is the comic database your attendees already browse, and claiming your listing is about the data in it being right.
My organization is not listed — can I add it?
Not directly. Contact support and an operator will create it, then you can claim it. Organizations are never self-created, because an entry anyone can invent is an entry anyone can then claim.
I run a one-off event, not a recurring convention.
A one-off does not need an organization. Use the suggest-an-event form on the main site and a moderator will publish it.
