Apply to manage your convention
Send your organization details and documents showing you can represent it, then verify your business email. We review each application before granting access.

Questions
- What can I manage?
- You can add guests to your event and notify their followers on VerseDB. Each guest links to a creator page where readers can browse their work. You can also update dates, venue and status. A verified badge identifies your organization on its events.
- What proof do you need?
- One document naming your organization: a business registration, government license, trademark registration, signed venue contract, or a certificate of event insurance. If you're not the owner or an executive, we also need an authorization letter.
- Is this a ticketing or vendor platform?
- Use your current services to sell tickets and book tables. Add ticket and vendor links to your VerseDB listing so visitors can find them.
- My show isn't listed. Can I add it?
- Yes. Apply for organizer access and enter your organization name. We create the organization page after reviewing and approving your application.
- I run a one-off event, not a recurring convention.
- A one-off doesn't need an organization. Use the suggest-an-event form on the main site and a moderator will publish it.
