We hand the show over once we've checked you represent the organization: company details, proof you run it, and a business email we can verify. A person reads every one.

Questions
- What do I actually get?
- Announce a guest and every VerseDB user who follows that creator is notified, with the guest on your listing as a creator record that links to their work. Your dates, venue and status become yours to correct, and we mark the listing verified in front of collectors.
- What proof do you need?
- One document naming your organization: a business registration, government license, trademark registration, signed venue contract, or a certificate of event insurance. If you're not the owner or an executive, we also need an authorization letter.
- Is this a ticketing or vendor platform?
- Not today. Whatever you use to sell badges and book tables, carry on using it. This is the comic database your attendees already browse, and taking your listing over is how you get the data in it right.
- My show isn't listed. Can I add it?
- Ask support and an operator will create it, then it's yours to take over. Nobody adds their own organization, because if anyone could add one, anyone could add yours.
- I run a one-off event, not a recurring convention.
- A one-off doesn't need an organization. Use the suggest-an-event form on the main site and a moderator will publish it.
